its been awhile. 

my life has seen many changes over the last few months (and years for that matter).  some good, some bad.

i finally figured out what i would like to do with my life, although not where yet. i finally feel at peace with what i'm to do in life.

on the other hand the rest of my life is more confusing than ever.  people i once considered to be my best friends are no longer friends for various reasons, while others, who were acquantainces, well, we are now closer than ever.  my faith is ever changing too.  i'm really struggling with where i fit in right now (prayers would be appreciated)  i don't feel 'right' in my home church any more (and haven't for years now...) meanwhile, many of the churches i've tried over the past few years although nice, and similar in worship style to my home church, are just not feeling 'right' either.  its not the people (they are friendly and all) or the style (i really love the organ...) its just...i don't feel like i fit in...that i belong.  i feel like i'm just going through the motions....i'm not actually engaging in the service...  maybe i should try another denomination....maybe an orthodox like st. nicholas?  idk...

summer has been pretty amazing so far.  after getting used to working 40 hours a week in 8-16 hour shift blocks, and a new house with new roommates, i've had a ton of fun.  i've been to the beach a few times now, gone rollerblading and biking, and gotten to spend more time with a friend i went to the netherlands with last year.
